W+D 232 – 2 Color Offset Printing Press

A main issue at PRINT 09 will be the presentation of a new off-set printing press. The W+D 232 is a 2 color offset printing press for printing on envelopes, pockets and sheets.

W+D 320 – Envelope converting machine

Winkler+Dünnebier also offers a new line of short run envelope machines, such as the W+D 320, for the lettershops, commercial and in-plant envelope printers that will produce envelopes from sheets to a roll. The W+D 320 can manufacture a variety of products such as envelopes, pockets, CD covers, etc. in a wide format range and high quality.

Highlights of the envelope converting machine are:

• Short run length machine targeted for commercial and in-plant printers
• 350 envelopes per min output capability
• Sheet and web fed models available

W+D 902 – Stack separator

Winkler+Dünnebier offers a variety of additional automation modules for print and envelope machines, which provide for a higher efficiency. One example is the W+D 902, a handling module for automated accumulation of stacks.

Highlights of the W+D 902 are: 

• Enables printing machine to run at high performance
• Reduced manpower requirements through automatization, important steps towards “one man operation” – therefore short amortization time
• Serves as additional module also for machines by other manufacturers
• Ergonomic operation and short distances
• Easy packing
• Variably adjustable number of products: 50 to 500 products per stack
